CORRBOND - 20 is starch based cold water soluble corrugation gum powder is mainly used in manufacturing cardboard sheets (Linear Sheet) and in 3, 5 & 7 ply automatic board manufacturing industries. Starch based adhesives has improved green bonding and environmental friendly product.
- Provides Excellent Bursting and compressed strength makes board to be hard, firm & flat.
- Provides high and unprecedented level of water resistance, ensure the integrity of corrugated containers under extreme climatic conditions.
- Due to very low viscosity and low gel temperature at 60°C, the evaporation of moisture from the board has done quicker with low steam and the board speed also increased.
- No Spillage or any clot in the flute roller machines.
- Due to very low viscosity, the intake of starch by flute roller is less and there by decrease in starch consumption.
