Pasting Gum Powder
FLUTEX – COLD / HOT is starch based cold & hot water soluble pasting gum powder mostly used in semi-automatic cardboard industries for binding fine ply bond sheets together (Finished Linear Sheets) like 3,5 & 7 ply cardboard sheets which finally converts into boxes.
- It’s a low viscosity pasting gum, provides low consumption of gum with more adhesion and improved productivity.
- Provides Excellent Bursting and compressed strength makes board to be hard, firm & flat.
- Provides quick drying and can send immediately to the next process for cutting.
- Due to high bonding and quick drying there will not be any de-lamination occurs.
- It has very low retrogradation ,stable viscosity and more shelf life.
